At the Apollo Celebration Gala held by Aldrin Family Foundation on July 16, 2019, AstroReality is proudly going to display many of our accurate LUNAR models for attendees to interact with and experience at the gala. We also will introduce and auction off the one of a kind Signature Edition LUNAR model – THE MOON, the first 200mm model of the moon created by AstroReality for the 50th anniversary of Apollo Missions.

AstroReality is partnering with ShareSpace, one of the key organizations within the Aldrin Family Foundation, to pave the way for the future with the all-new Giant Moon Map, an Augmented Reality enhanced giant map that enables students to learn about the missions to the moon on their devices using the AstroReality app.
The Aldrin Family Foundation and The People’s Moon will turn New York Times Square into Tranquility Base – the Apollo 11 landing site, on Saturday, July 20, 2019. With the help of AstroReality’s Augmented Reality technology, the Giant Moon Map will be fully interactive and a unique experience of fun for the whole family.
The Apollo/Saturn V Center will open new exhibitions to celebrate the Apollo Moon Landing anniversary, with displays surrounding a Saturn V rocket. The exhibition will include graphics projected on the side of the rocket and a garden of moon trees grown from seeds that orbited the moon.
On July 16th, visitors will be able to watch original footage of the Apollo 11 launch precisely 50 years after it unfolded. The Apollo Celebration Gala that AstroReality is attending will also take place here, which will feature astronauts and VIP guests.
It also caused a hit that NASA reopens and restores Apollo Mission Control Center last month. And now, it is where visitors can relive the 1969 event that landed Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin took one giant leap for mankind. First Moon Landing Celebration: For five days, visitors will gather at the National Air and Space museum and on the National Mall to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. “Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission” Traveling Exhibition: This exhibition will display Neil Armstrong’s Apollo 11 spacesuit in July 2019, for the first time in 13 years, following conservation funded by thousands of public donations through Kickstarter.
Apollo’s Muse: The Moon in the Age of Photography: This exhibition highlights visual representations of the moon from the birth of photography through the present. Plus, the show also features a selection of related drawings, prints, paintings, films, astronomical instruments, and cameras that have been flown to space and used by Apollo astronauts.
By the Light of the Moon: A Century of Lunar Photographs: This ongoing exhibition will present collections from the 19th century to the “space-age” 1960s, which will last throughout this year.
